EVENT TICKETS
We ask anyone attending to please get "tickets" for a designated time slot.
While the tickets are free and there are a large number available in each time slot.
This approach allows us to space out when people attend and reduce waiting times.
Tickets will be available online starting October 1.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
4:00-6:00 PM: Cars (i.e. the "trunks") set up.
6:00-6:30 PM: Event is open to children with special needs.
6:30-8:00 PM: Event is open to the general public.
8:00-8:30 PM: Event breakdown and end.
