The following are the rules and requirements for anyone using a Tiverton facility, which includes parks, beaches, courts and the skate park. 

Items prohibited in parks and beach areas:

1. No pets or other animals unless specifically noted.

2. No glass containers

3. No littering or trash disposal

4. No profane language

5. No overnight camping

6. No smoking or vaping

7. No consumption of intoxicating beverages

8. No damage or removal of facilities,

9. No golfing

10. No motor vehicles (except where permitted)

11. No open fires (except by permit).

12. No cleats or high heels on the Town Farm playground.
     

Parks are open from sunrise to sunset (10 PM in lighted areas).
