Facility Use Request Form

Please complete the form below to request use of a field, beach or other facility.. Please be aware that Grinnell's Beach is not available for reservation. Additionally, a submission is not a guarantee of approval. The Recreation Commission meets on the second Tuesday of the Month and will review your request. Please have your submission in at least one week prior to the Recreation Commission meeting.

We encourage you to review the calendar before requesting a facility to ensure that it's available.
